Fallon assisted us with moving Mom from her house in Granby to a senior living community in Bloomfield. This process took several months and dates changed several times. Jon and crew at Fallon were always there maintaining contact, adjusting their schedule, and always with a great attitude. Fallon was familiar with the senior community, which had several “move-in rules”. Move day the crew of 3 was amazing. Everything was done start to finish in half a day, with ZERO problems. They showed up right at the start of the estimated window, did a quick walkthrough and got to work - everything was handled with care are the onsite team really worked hard to make sure my furniture was safely moved, then they loaded the storage unit with ease! We have used Fallon on 3 occasions, the last one (3 weeks ago) was a rush job.With one day notice Fallon had a truck, with a crew of 4- on site a 8:30 am the following day. They were great to work with, on time, very careful not to damage anything and loaded the truck in a couple hours.  They then delivered some items to one  the location and the balance to storage.  The Fallon staff did and excellent job under some stressful circumstances.
